In this role you'll be tasked with planning and executing a range of social and commercial video productions. Superior camera operation skills and a strong knowledge of production equipment is a must. You should also possess excellent time management skills, exquisite attention to detail and a deep understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Video Specialist Responsibilities
Behind the Scenes:
- Storyboarding and scriptwriting
- Scheduling in conjunction with the many working parts of dealership culture
- Set design, staging and filming prep
- Excellent knowledge of video and audio equipment
- Skillful camera operation
Editing Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects skills a plus
- Flexible in ability to apply the style best suited for the type of content
- Rigorous in adhering to branding standards
- Understanding of export specifications for broadcast television and social platforms
General:
- Aid in planning, implementing, and executing campaigns
- Manage projects in collaboration with a variety of internal team members
- Show dedication to continual learning in the fast-paced evolving environment of media
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (marketing, production or related field preferred)
- Positive attitude, creative mindset, and idea generator
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job
- Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Due to the responsibilities of this role, it is essential that this position be filled on a full-time basis only. The schedule will not be confined to traditional business hours; rather, the individual in this role must be able and willing to adjust working hours as needed to meet business needs, including weekday evenings and weekends. The duties will typically require 40 hours per week, but overtime may be necessary at times.
