The newly redesigned 2019 Ford Expedition is sure hard to miss when you're on the road. Crisp, clean, and mean, the Expedition has many design elements take from its big brother, the Ford F-150. Starting with the face, the Expedition is a spitting image of the F-150 with its large grater looking grille and C-shaped headlights. Chrome accents help shape the body and bring it all together.
The Expedition wears 18-inch wheels with the option for large 20 or 22-inch wheels. Automatic step boards are available that fold down when the door is opened for easier access into the vehicle. Moving to the rear you get a power opening tailgate that can be remotely opened by your key fob. You have the option to either open the glass window or the full door.
Opt for the Expedition Max body style which is nearly a whole foot longer than. The Max being a foot longer means more room for your things giving you approximately 16.9 cubic ft. more of space!

Built for Power
The Ford Expedition is a tank of a vehicle weighing in at 5,400 lbs. and with that needs it needs something powerful under the hood. The line-up for the Expedition is small with only three trim levels but they all are running on a 3.5L EcoBoost engine pumping out 375 horsepower and 470 lbs of torque with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The Platinum version goes the extra mile and pumps out an extra 25 horsepower and 10 lb-ft for a total of 400 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque.

Backed up with its high stress steel frame and high strength aluminum alloy body, the Expedition is built for this kind of stuff. The Ford Expedition makes a statement on the exterior, but the interior can almost top it. Gather all of your friends and family and pack them on in with room up to eight passengers. This SUV powerhouse sports 10 way power front seats, power adjustable pedals, power tilt/telescoping steering column and power mirrors that all have a memory feature that recalls settings for up to three different people. Cloth seating is standard but with the available packages you can upgrade to leather. The large doors in the back open up to a second row of seats that can be configured into captain chairs or bench seating. Slide the second row up for easy access to the third row which comfortable fits three large adults. Still leaving a large amount of cargo space. The Expedition has a total of 63.6 cubic feet of space with all seats folded down.

As far as technology goes, the Expedition marks up a long list of features sure to keep you entertained. An 8-inch touchscreen display is ready for your command using SYNC 3 voice-activated technology to connect your phone with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Send texts, make calls, or play music all through the click of a button. Throughout the cabin you can find fifteen cup holders and USB outlets for everyone.
