Explore the All-New Super Duty!

This is the best choice for anyone in need of a truck for the jobsite and for the weekend. Since becoming a Ford dealership in the summer of 2017, all of us here at McGrath Ford are seeing first hand what has made this such a popular truck in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Dubuque and all of Eastern Iowa. The Ford SuperDuty comes in handy for industries such as construction, logging, and farming. Heavy duty design, powerhouse engines and up to date technology are all things that have made the Ford F Series trucks the best selling vehicles for decades. Although different models offer the towing services to these companies, none can come any closer to what Ford Super Duty offers. The Ford F250 provides one of the strongest cabins that have ever been put into a pickup.

What's New For 2018
The 2018 Ford Super Duty has been freshly introduced to the market early this year. It has one particularly notable change that is the first installment of the all-new Limited Trim.
Under the Hood

The Super Duty is equipped with a 6.2-liter gas or 6.7-liter diesel engine. It has quick acceleration with full-size truck standards for its passing and pulling power. The diesel engine puts out 925 lb-ft of torque which comfortably serves up a remarkable 34,000-pound max tow rating. It is, however, important to note that most trucks in this lineup range between 15,000-18,000 pounds especially if using conventional towing methods.
The gasoline V8 is fitted with 430 lb-ft of torque, and it's backed by efficient 6-speed automatic transmission and a lightweight chassis. No need to be concerned about range since the Super Duty comes with a 48-gallon fuel tank. Such a truck cannot be rated for fuel economy just like any other diesel engine. The Power Stroke uses Diesel Exhaust Fluid.

It has an adaptive steering system which comes in handy during tight-parking maneuvers or when towing a trailer. This costs merely 685 dollars, and it offers excellent services to the user with fluidity and feels commonly related to a hydraulic setup.

Driver Assist Technology
Whether you are connecting a trailer or you need to have a clear view of the objects out of the driver's line of sight, the electronic eye assist will be there to guide you. The truck also has numerous camera lenses that can show 180-degree forward view as well as a 360 around the truck. Blind-spot monitors are also in place to take into account the blind spots of the trailer.

Exterior
The Super Duty's latest redesign has made tremendous and notable changes. The style of the headlights, grille, doors, mirrors and the fender flares shape has all been sharpened. But more notable changes are hidden on what is underneath. The body and the bed of the F series are made of high-quality military-grade aluminum. This move has dramatically reduced its weight without sacrificing toughness. Other Notable features include LED lighting, the next-generation tailgate step, storable loading ramps, power running boards, and finally, a power-locking tailgate that can be opened with a remote.

Optional Add-ons
The best option the F-Series gives you is the ability to make it what you need at the moment. If you need a functional machine, it is best for that, but if you want a posh car, then that is precisely what it will offer you. It has excellent features that make it easy for you to turn it to precisely what you need it for.
Pricing Notes
The F-Series Super Duty is presented for sale as a Crew Cab, Regular Cab and a SuperCab with several bed lengths and extra 2- or 4- wheel drive. These trucks are justified to be a bit pricey with a starting price of $33,700 for a regular cab F-250 XL. The cost however majorly depends on the model of the car and the features.
