The main performance difference between the trims is the 10-speed transmission that is only available on the High Country.

Silverado Duramax Diesel

High Country

The High Country has a unique look that is sure to stand out on the road. The two-tone, chrome and bronze grill gives this trim a signature style that has a timeless feel. The bumpers and mirrors are both body color, adding some style to the trim. Upgraded High-Intensity LED headlamps are standard the High Country.

Wheel Options

Shown here are the 2020 High Country standard 20 inch machined aluminum chrome wheels. The LTZ is fitted with 18 inch 6-spoke chrome wheels but both trims can be fitted with 22 inch wheels in chrome as well as black for an eye-catching look.

The character of the trims is shown outside as well as inside with different material options and different cabin layouts. Other than the seating material, the main difference customers will notice is the center counsel that is standard on the High Country as opposed to the 40/20/40 front seat configuration with fold-down middle seat. This adds to the luxury feel of the High Country as well as gives truck buyers more organized storage space.

The LTZ has two leather interior colors available, the Gideon with Dark accents shown above and a jet black leather option. Both leather options have a quality perforated leather that adds comfort and a high-end feel.

The High Country has two leather interior colors available as well, the two-tone Black and Umber shown above and an all jet black leather option. The interior also has High Country branding on the headrests giving the interior a signature look and feel.

Infotainment System

The LTZ comes with a 6 inch Infotainment System standard while the High Country comes with the 8 inch version with navigation. The LTZ can also have the 8 inch configuration with the technology package equipped.
