We came in to look at a Ranger pickup for my husband....he detests car-buying!! Curtis Higginbotham came out to talk, and my husband immediately liked him. Curtis didn't pressure us, patiently answered questions, and totally put us at ease throughout the process. We ended up buying my husbands dream truck, and he felt comfortable the whole way, which says a lot about Curtis.
